About this service
Khuluma is an AI-powered assessment tool for South African workers who have been dismissed. It helps you understand your legal position, assess the strength of your case, and identify next steps before approaching the CCMA.
This is not legal advice
The assessment and report generated by this service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Khuluma or any of its operators. The report reflects the AI's analysis of the information you provide — it is a guide, not a legal opinion.
Always consult a qualified labour lawyer before taking action, particularly if your case involves high-value claims, complex facts, or tight deadlines.
Payment
The full AI consultation and report costs R299 (once-off). Payment is processed securely by Paystack. By paying, you are purchasing the AI consultation and report generation service — not legal advice or representation.
Refunds
If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will refund your payment in full. Please contact us within 7 days with a description of the error.
Change-of-mind refunds are considered at our discretion. Because the report is generated immediately upon purchase and is personalised to your case details, we are not generally able to offer refunds once the report has been produced.
Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the AI produces accurate, up-to-date analysis based on South African labour law. However, the law changes, and the AI may occasionally make errors or omit relevant factors. Khuluma does not warrant that any outcome at the CCMA will match the report's assessment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this service. This includes attempting to circumvent payment, submitting false or misleading information to manipulate the assessment, or using the service in a way that could harm others. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to anyone who misuses the service.
Limitation of liability
Khuluma is not liable for any outcome at the CCMA, the Labour Court, or elsewhere that results from your use of this service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for losses caused by acting on information in the report without obtaining independent legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
